Title: Sesame Lace Cookies

5tbButter
1/3cLight corn syrup
1/2cBrown sugar
1 1/2tsSesame oil
3/4cAll purpose flour
1tbSesame seeds
1tbBlack sesame seeds

Line 2 cookie sheets with parchement paper and set aside. In medium saucepan combine butter, corn syrup, brown sugar, and sesame seeds. Cool 10 minutes. Drop mixture from level tablespoon 3 inches apart onto sheets. Bake only 3 cookies on each sheet. Bake at 375 for 6 to 7 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 1 minute or until cookies hold shape when lifted. Remove with metal spatula place each over inverted custard cup or small bowl. Cool until firm. Repeat using cool sheet each time no need to replace paper. Makes 20
